Siem Reap really surprised me

I have to say that Siem Reap really surprised us. Cambodia was never on our travel plan, but I’m so glad that we ended up going.

I think when you don’t really have an expectation of somewhere, there’s always an uneasy feeling of not knowing whether you’re going to like it or not. But wow, did this place surprise me! The weather was hot, 32° and blue skies every day!

The people were so friendly and kind and we had such good food here. Don’t get me wrong we didn’t do it as many excursions as people recommended, but sometimes you just need to chill. Highly recommend adding this destination to your travel plans.!!
