24 Hours in Ha Long Bay

Where do I even start? This is honestly one of the best 24 hours Me and James have had whilst being away. I’ve heard loads of mixed things about coming into Ha Long Bay, loads of people said it too busy, there’s loads of boats and you don’t really sail out into the bay. But I could not fault this experience at all.

We went with Genesis Regal for the boat company; from the rooms, to the service, to the food - everything was great. What I loved about the boat is that there were only 20 rooms which made it feel really private and comfortable.

Every room has a balcony and a bathtub and I cannot tell you how amazing this bath felt after only having showers for the past few months.

I can’t say me and James done a lot other than eat and drink, but they are two of our favourite things to do so it doesn’t matter😂. In total this cost just under £400 for the both of us, which is a little bit more on the expensive side of travelling, but I would definitely recommend it if you can do it.
